Workplace utilization and occupation study
A space study aimed at providing objective data on the use (activity, work method, equipment, etc.) and occupation of work spaces. The purpose of this diagnosis is to determine which areas are most and least occupied, along with the way in which they are used, whether it be for offices, laboratories, schools, and many other places.
This analysis can, among other things, be used in Stay or Live, Flex Office, space optimization with a clear definition of the needs/planning of an office layout, etc.
It provides goal-oriented elements to optimize the working environment, both from a cost point of view and that of the well-being of its occupants. It is also a powerful tool when it comes to rethinking, reorganizing, and designing workspaces.
Equipped with a tablet and our application, our observers make several visits per day to your workspaces over a period of ten days.

The tools and technologies used in these spaces are also evaluated.
